    Actually Vulcandude...

Elvis DID perform WOODEN HEART live in concert a couple of times, most notably captured on the FTD CD DINNER AT EIGHT which was recorded at the dinner show in Las Vegas on December 13, 1975! Not a bad performance either, considering it had been 15 years since he had recorded the song!!

Elvis also performed a couple of live performances of RETURN TO SENDER -- in 1975 at a show in Asheville, N.C. and in Hampton Roads, VA. on 8/1/76. Although quite short and he doesn't remember all the words, it is neat to hear him sing this song live nonetheless!!

I don't believe he ever sang the other 4 songs that you mentioned live....although RCA/FTD keeps finding new things all the time, so you never know what may pop up in the future...

See, now I never knew that. Thanks for the info....wish I could get my hands on those releases. I also am wondering if Elvis ever did "You'll Never Walk Alone" iun concert.....it's such a powerful song. I'd also have loved to have heard "Saved" from the 68 Special done live....that was a great tune.

I would of loved to have heard "Way Down", "Pledging My Love", "Pieces Of My Life"-although he did do it at least once in July 75, and "Always on My Mind". A 70's version of "Hard Headed Woman" would of been pretty neat too.

Good Time Charlie Got The Blues was sung live on August 19, 1974. It can be found on Cut Me And I Bleed (X-Rated Album) and on If You Talk In Your Sleep and on From Sunset Blvd to Paradise Road.

Down In The Alley was also sung on August 19, 1974 Opening Show. It was sung before Good Time Charile Got The Blues.
