Wait a minute, you have proof that he did this and they won't take action. Is that what I read? If that is true then you need to try harder. Get the word around about this. I would like to see the paypal stuff to see what happen if you don't mind. I hate people who does this to people. That man needs to be expose. If you don't mind, I will get this around because I have a friend who is a Elvis Impersonator and I know he will help out by showing this what this man truely is. My friend is not with the Elvis Tribute Artists but he had been told many times by several people that he looks more like Elvis then any other impersonator around.

The police are not going to investigate this or do anything about it. It is for a relatively small amount of money. Your best bet is to get a good solicitor.

Have you contacted Ebay if the transaction was made through Ebay?

I think a solicitor is your only option, and more than likely you will lose money through costs.....this wont see a court room for a few years if ever. Although a strongly worded letter from a solicitor could work wonders.

I deal with paypal all the time.You shouldnt have much trouble getting youre money back.Just contact them and file a claim.

Yea, I only bought 1 jumpsuit on ebay, it was $3500 jumpsuit year old going for $1000 I could not pass it up. I'm sorry Wild your friend had go threw this. If I ever deside to sell any of my ole' suits I'll be sure tell you before anyone else.
