I love Elvis dvd's but I skipped buying the single disc versions. It was a scam to include a few extra minutes on the single dvd's to get fans to buy basically the same thing twice. That is just plain wrong.

I HAVE to be honset i felt that i was cheated again by E.P.E. because the s.e. dvd from ALOHA contains pretty much all the press confrence from HAONALULU , this is something that should of bin on the S.E. discs, i bought both dvd's , i hate when they do things like this. Ijust wanted to take this time to vent.![]()

I haven't bought them and I'm disapponted too about this way to organize material.
We spent a lot for the Deluxe versions and they had to do them complete, as much as possible.
Now we have another smaller versions of the same shows with something different, just to "force" fans to buy...to have everything.![]()
Is it right?I know they have to earn money but sometimes it seems they makes fun of us.![]()
Nothing seems to be changed...the same things they did when Elvis was alive...money, money and always money![]()

I haven't bought the single disc versions of the Aloha and '68 Special.
I do feel like it is a ripoff though, this footage should have been released on the deluxe editions...
"How do I get placed in situations like this? Ah hell, I guess it's all part of showbusiness "~ Elvis in his limo on his way to perform in Omaha, NE on June 19th 1977
I bought them and enjoyed them, regardless of having owned the box sets for 2 years.
I was, though, pissed when I discovered the edit of "That's All Right", in place of "Lawdy Miss Clawdy,Baby What You Want Me To Do"!
i also didn't like the art work for the S.E. EDITIONS , THEY SHOULD HAVE A FAN DOING IT, Because it just looks awful, as if there wasn't much thought, just my opinion though.
