i am bidding on this , its very cheap and a hell of an investment, the lot is very deep, and the home is a great ranch style property, the real estae broker is a great lady, carmen scott, i've bin sent all the specs and elevation levels, i will be leaving sunday to check it out in person, i'm tired of wintering in florida, especially the keys it's getting more amd more develloped, i sure would love to get this place.

just wanted to let everyone know that i arrived back last night, i have seen the home in person, the realtor was real nice[thank you carmen] i spent two and a half days in killeen, and had to wait for the home inspectors report, the list was long with defects in the house the most serious being cracked foundation, water seepage, this is a handymans special and someone who can devote and sink over 50, 000 in repairs etc... the town also leaves alot to be desired. It has had some reno, but with 8 past owners it is showing decay,
I'm sorry that there were so many problems with the house and that it didn't work out for you.
