jak is totally correct, and they are plundered versions, at that., his voice was pretty week during that whole tour.It was one of his worst tours ever.however if your talking about the BINHAPTON cd , which he did not perform these songs.....

The tour was not one of his worst. Elvis sounded and looked quite out of shape, but he certainly was in a good mood and his repertoire was varied. He did songs like "Release Me", "Unchained Melody", "Blueberry Hill" and even "Moody Blue".
On "My Boy" ...he only says a couple of words to it...almost not enough to call it a "one liner"...
orwell , i'm talking about the tour in general, i do agree that charlotte was a pretty good show, but i saw 18 shows on this tour and it was dismal, especially west palm.
Yep, if you saw it live you certainly have the "whole picture". I never saw Elvis in concert (I was born in 1976 and not even in the USA), so I can only judge from what I see in films and hear from soundboard recordings. I know that you cannot judge a concert from those recordings (they sound a whole lot different from what you hear when being there, I guess), but overall I still do not think that this tour was too bad. But I can only say it in retrospective and therefore I have a lot of other recordings from 1977 in mind and compare those shows with them. But I guess when you saw "Aloha" on television or attended a show in 1975 (or even in december 1976) and saw him again in February 1977 it was some kind of a shock.
