Thanks elvislady some great photos.
We had Elvis Scrapbooks in the 50s but they were stolen. The Scrapbooks on sale at Graceland 1997 were a reminder and we bought one each for our kids. Historic newspaper and magazine reports are fascinating...we really must borrow the books back. Enough material for dozens of threads!
Thank you for posting this site Elvislady. I also enjoyed this so much....Cynthia
elvislady, Yes our present Scrapbook collections are duplicated and in different countries. Our more valuable stuff is in Fort Knox the Second:-)
Although there must be many thousand, we never come across Elvis scrapbooks at carboot or jumbles sales........maybe in the next decade.............if we surviveIn ten years or so many original Elvis fans will be heading for greener pastures:-)
a great site for those that havn't yet had the whole tour, much thanx elvis lady.

This is a great site. I'm glad I took a stroll thru its pages. A question, however, they show the cemetery with a gravestone for Jessie Garon Presley [photos 26-28]. I thought, because of the circumstances, no one knew the exact burial place of Elvis' twin. Is this just a memorial for the family's sake?
Just pretend, I'm holding you, and whispering things soft and low.
And think of me, how it's gonna be and just pretend I didn't go
Nice pictures, Lisa .Thanks for a trip now "memory lane."
I'm not sure why that monument was shown in the cementary as Jesse's.
Unless somethings changed lately, to my knowledge his grave was never found.
"I have learned never to ridicule any man's opinion, however strange it may seem."
Apparently it is an unmarked grave and only a handful of people know the specific spot at where he is buried at.
"How do I get placed in situations like this? Ah hell, I guess it's all part of showbusiness "~ Elvis in his limo on his way to perform in Omaha, NE on June 19th 1977
That's what I was always told. Even that Elvis went looking for it, but never found it.
Parts of that video looks like the one they had on some UK TV channel.
Steve {Crawler} had it on when it aired. Think we discussed that too.
Think we decided it was a "depiction" of what it might look like.
Anyway, I don't think that was Jesse's grave .Don't think they could/would show it .They'd want to protect it I'd think.
But, I never say never with some of this stuff.![]()

great site. hadn't run across this one before.
i would think that if anyone in the family had found the grave, they would have the baby's body moved to Graceland, like they did for Elvis and Gladys. isn't there a marker at Graceland for baby Jessie? i'll have to look thru Johnny's Graceland pics, again.
All I wanted was a white knight with a good heart, soft touch, fast horse
Ride me off into the sunset Baby, I'm forever yours
Listen to him talk about his movie career. If anyone thinks he didn't give a **** about his image they should listen to this. He seemed almost restrained, like he wanted to reach out and blast someone for the decisions made about his movie career but couldn't bring himself to do it.
