As I said earlier the entire quote is- "The record is clear that appellees, for the purpose of the summary judgment motion only, conceded that appellant is the testator's illegitimate daughter.
As I said it is a legal way of allowing the judge to rule on the case as if the allegation was true-it is not admitting in fact that she was his daughter. If the judge had ruled that the will did mean any children whether legitimate or not The next step would have been for this girl to prove she was his daughter-the concession in the earlier court action would not be relevant to that question. Conceding the point was just a technicality in that case to allow the judge to rule.
