Nice one, another good cover![]()
Here is a DVD long box cover and insert for the movie Live A little Love A Little - full size versions are now available on my website.
A jewel case VCD version will be uploaded in the future.
Special picture thanks to Stacy (circa 1956) and Linda (Little Sister) from the TCB World forum, who both provided some great quality pictures for this project.

O man..... the artwork of this DVD is way better than any artwork used by any official label with their DVD release of Elvis movies. Outstanding! There is nothing that could have made this design any better![]()

Spinout, did I ever tell you that you're my favourite designer? Another great one buddy![]()
Beautiful and outstanding, Spinout!!!
Never saw that movie but, when i see your design, i?d really like to!
Thanks everybody for the great feedback, I sure do appreciate it![]()
Patrick, regarding the shape you commented on, I liked what Johnny Tyronne did with the shape on some of his work, however, you can find similar sorts of shapes used on several official DVD covers such as Blue Hawaii and GI Blues.
However, in my opinion Johnny Tyronnes shape work is superior to that of the official DVD boxes mentioned and has more of a retro feel.
Therefore the shape I made is much closer to his style (not identical I hasten to add) than the official DVD boxes while still maintaining some of the playful 60's retro feel to the cover.
Thank you for the concern, however ironic.

Thanks for the compliment. I always try to be friendly.
I'm sure we don't have to bring out the measuring devices to agree the shapes are different (though very similar), for example one even has more points (7) than the other (6)
(Note, it seems the original post that this was a reply to has been deleted.)

Thanks so much guys, really![]()
Funnily enough I made jewel case covers for the VCD version first and figured I would make a 'quick' DVD box size cover by just making some adjustments to those I had already made.
However, the final DVD cover art ended up being very much different and now I don't really like the style of the jewel case versions I made in the first place![]()
Incidentally, the front cover photo was originally a black and white scan.
