Found two pictures with the magazine in the "candids" section in the 60s gallery. The other one is from the same event I think.

Pictures were taken on February 14 1964, during the purchase of the U.S.S. Potomac. The ?Potomac?, known as President Roosevelts, ?Floating White House? , during the second World War, had been operational up until 1963 and had most recently then served as a tourist attraction in Long Beach. Col. Tom Parker thought it was a good idea to buy the boat, he thought it was good publicity. Elvis didn?t like the idea very much, as you can see the look on his face in most pictures. The other man of the pic is comedian Danny Thomas.
