Words Fail Me

I just want to say thank you to all you wonderful people! I would have never dreamed of receiving the support that I have received. I know I've always been a little smart*** and too quick to pop off when someone would tick me off. I never had the patience Rosanne had to sit back, cool off and type a reasonable and respectable response. I guess that why she would refer to me having the same knee jerk reactions that Elvis had when it came to getting ticked off. So, because of my knee jerk reactions I did not expect the loving and caring emails that I have received. While I know that sometimes I embarrassed my little friend - she still loved me and I know that she does appreciate you guys reaching out to me for her.

I have just received something here from a boardmember that I know from within my heart is the message from Rosanne I've been waiting for since Wednesday. My best friend left me the most precious message and once again told me how to react to something that has just totally ticked me off:

"Whenever I am "low" I remember to be thankful for the gift of memory" - Rosanne

Thank you God for letting her give me that message.

I'm here as well for you Gail! And for all my friends here in TCB. This is so strange. I've never met Rosanne in person, never touched her hand or talk to her face to face but I knew her through this site and I felt like I lost a member of my family! And it's the same for you Gail and Franny and Tommy and Sonny and shelley and kathy and Malc and Diane and...and...and all my friends here. Elvis brought all of us together and it's a magical thing. We must feel blessed for meeting each other even through a site on the internet. So Gail, we are all as one...

Just a thought but.... wouldn`t it be nice if we could have "Whenever I am "low" I remember to be thankful for the gift of memory" included on the tcb-banner as a tribute to Rosanne?...it is just as appropriate to us as Elvis fans as it is to those of us who have lost friends and relatives...like I said.. just a thought.
Thanks for sharing your memories with us Gail.... it feels unbelievably sad for those of us who knew her from this site...i can`t imagine the hurt you must be feeling at losing your best friend after all these years.My thoughts are with you... and that was good advice from Roseanne.... hold on tight to all those great memories.
