Its just coming up messages when I click on.
I wonder if they have made it available only to Elvis Insiders so they can pocket some more money.
I`m very sad as I enjoy watching it every year and its usually available.

Oh Joanne, you know it is not about the $$$$$$$$... they really
care so much for the Elvis Fans!!! (Kidding, of course!!)
$$$$ is their God and always will be.. the more $$they can get
out of the fans.. the better for them . Dovey

Looks like they gave the rights to Sirius this year (somehow I think hearing vs. seeing the vigil would be somewhat less exciting):

    Candlelight Vigil on Elvis Radio
This year, we're doing something new and exciting. If you aren't able to be in Memphis, the 2006 VigilCast on Elvis Radio on Sirius will be the only way to experience live, the gathering of fans at Graceland to pay tribute to Elvis with a candlelight vigil. The live broadcast will air Tuesday evengin, August 15 (time TBD) and will feature live or recorded interviews with celebrities and fans in town for Elvis Week. You'll get to hear Jerry Schilling, Linda Thompson, Pat Boone and many others who knew or worked with Elvis. You'll get to experience every moment as fans gather in the street to celebrate Elvis. If you aren't an Elvis Radio subscriber, you can download a free trial and experience Elvis Radio for yourself. Also see the article with other Elvis Week programming details for Elvis Radio.
