I've recently been told that Paris Hilton is a friend of Lisa Marie. Can anyone dispute this and does anyone know who she is close to?

There was a story in a tabloid a few years ago about Lisa supposedly throwing a drink on Paris at a party. Lisa was on the Howard Stern show promoting her first cd and he asked her if she did this. She said "No", and Howard Stern said I don't blame you. She then said (I can't quote her exactly but this is pretty close to it) - It's not that I wouldn't have done that but, I have a friend who likes throwing drinks on Paris. We were at a party and Britney Spears walks by and my friend quickly throws a drink on Paris. She told me, I just threw a drink on Paris. I didn't believe her. Paris comes around again and she throws another drink on her and then turns away quickly leaving me standing there facing Paris looking like I had my thumb up my *** and Paris thought I threw the drink on her. I didn't know it but, Paris planned to put the story out and that's why it was in the tabloid.

She told Howard Stern, when asked who her friends were, if she had famous friends, she replied that Marilyn Manson was one of her friends. The rest of her friends weren't famous and nobody would necessarily know them. They were friends she's had since she was like 17. A lot of them live on her compound with her and live her life with her. She claims to have a minny "Graceland" and something like the "Memphis Mafia". She said, but her father had a lot more people around "Graceland". She said she was exposed to this at a very young age and she has subconsciously made this sort of thing for herself.

When promoting her second cd she was on a talk show saying that she had gotten to know Pink and she was now a friend of hers. Of course, they did that song together.

As you can tell I watch a lot of television.

Did you happen to see that interview or read the transcript Lisa did with Howard Stern a few years back? Man, she spilled her guts about herself. A lot of that stuff she said I would have kept to myself because my son might have heard the interview.

Yes I did read the interview Lisa had with Howard Stern on another site and was shocked at a few things she said. Prrretty personal some it was wasn't it? Nope I don't think she should have gone that far but you know I said this in another thread, she does have her dad's sense of humor and is just goofy enough to throw some things in for shock value don't you think? Of course she should have considered what her kids would think but on the other hand I'm sure it wasn't anything worse than they've heard before.

Sometimes I wonder if she talks and acts this way to get to Priscilla knowing that her mother is very uptight and wants to keep everything hush-hush (except about Elvis of course). Maybe she feels caught and that is her way at getting back. I'm just speculating...

Miss Priss is always saying Lisa says whatever's on her mind without thinking first. She may indeed do it for the shock value. Miss Priss says she's afraid of what might come out of Lisa's mouth.

If you read the transcript then you heard her say she takes her friends on trips and foots the bill, of course. I imagine they stay at her place for free.

She said they have a party at her house almost every night. Must be nice to not have a financial worry in the world.

In that latest Vogue interview she mentioned that she thanks heaven she didnt turn out as spoiled and dumb as Paris Hilton, thanks to her mums strict upbringing! She hates Paris' guts!

Thanks girls for all your replies. Doesn't Lisa live in Florida? I'm not surprised to hear that she has a mini MM and partying every night. Unlike her dad, I don't think Lisa wants to have time to think very much. She doesn't seem to like to take life very seriously. I think she has his tendency to get into funks easily.

WHen I listen to Lisa or watch interview with her, she comes across as an (somewhat 'unstable') teenager, rebeling against parents and society. She really does look like a person that has to conquer some issues and she certainly doesn't look happy.

I`d rather see someone like that though than be false like her mother Priscilla who thinks about everything before she opens her mouth.

Joanne, I also personally prefer the way Lisa is to her mother because of the humanity in it but it can become extreme either way. Neither women are happy.

The reason I know so much is because I watched that Howard Stern interview. She said a lot there.

She did at one time also have a house in Florida but, decided she didn't like living there and just stayed in L.A. I've read the house in Florida was because she was close to a major Scientology Center.

Ah Scientology. I forgot about that. I read that Pris got involved through John Travolta years ago and then Lisa claimed later on that it helped her get out of drugs. Well, whatever helps!
