    I'm probably wrong but, that sort of looks like Pat Boone with him in that picture.

    I just thought - Elvis gave so much to his fans that made them love him so much that they wouldn't want to think Elvis was hurting emotionally or physically in this picture. That's how much love people have for that man. He was truly unique.

    He probably got exhausted after a show. He did use up a lot of energy when he performed!

    He's not looking for something, he's sad/crying or just very tired and the guy behind him is comforting him, maybe even giving him a sort of massage I guess.

    I think it looks as if Elvis received some bad news or something....He looks sad to me...almost in disbelief...that's how it looks to me, but I could be wrong...

    He also got faint and tired after shows, and got the jitters before shows. So that could be.

    The guy in the picture with EP might have been his cousin Junior Smith, I could be wrong however.

    Thanks, Joe, for helping me out with who's in the picture with Elvis. This was the first time I had ever seen this photo. I've never seen his cousin, Junior Smith, before.
