    FTD Label

How about turning to the official releases on the 'Follow That Dream' label first of all with:

"Big Boss Man", "Dixieland Rocks" and "Dinner At Eight".

    Enjoy.

How can you forget Let Me Take You Home from the well performed summer period.
There are so many good concerts between the spring and the summer of 1975.
Cut Em Down To Size is a good one too.

First of all go for Dixieland Rocks always FTD before Bootleg my friend..

Even if Elvis cancelled his "Summer Festival" in Vegas, I really like the dinner show from August 20th.

Let Me Take You Home was covered by...

June 10, 1975 - Going Back To Memphis (Memphis, Tennessee)

    Another must-listen:

March 22, 1975 - Disc 4 of A Profile - The King On Stage, Vol.2. This is the show in which he performed You're The Reason I'm Living.
...you won't forget me when I go.

It's quite amazing that Elvis performed that song.

    It sounds so modern...

I haden't heard it before i discovered it at the "Live In Las Vegas" box set.
Without a song, the day would never end; without a song, a man ain't got a friend; without a song, the road would never bend - without a song.'

That's why he still keep singing a song

Have you noticed how good version of My Boy he performed in the Dixieland Rocks concert. Listen to how good his voice is on the end of the song.

Every song is performed very well on Dixieland Rocksin my opinion anyway.
    Are you agree with me?

    'My Boy' agreement

Yes sH, I definitely agree with you - "Dixieland Rocks" is a great show in Murfreesboro.

I haven't heard a bad version of "My Boy" so far with the in-concert versions that have been made available to us by BMG/FTD. It is one of my favourite songs for Elvis to perform live from this period, he is totally committed to this song and I think it is total perfection.

Much agreed. When I think of Dixieland Rocks, My Boy and Fairytale come to mind as standout performances--both are probably the best I've heard.
