Good question Ralph, I was wondering about the same thing. We know Elvis his famous speech and that's about all the footage we have. Now this picture show's up and it's even a screenshot... I have never seen this footage...!!!

......... whilst it clearly seems to be a screen capture from footage, my guess would be it is a screen capture of a still photograph used in a documentary for example, and not an actual capture from filmed footage of that event.

Maby this footage isn't on the market but It must be out there somewhere.I don't believe only the speech is filmed... I don't understand EPE doesn't use this footage...??? Elvis never recieved a price in person exept this price for the Ten outstanding young men... do something with it pleace...!!!



I also think (know) there is much more footage from the Memphis dinner... we only know the short colour footage of Elvis signing autographs outside the building... and the many photo's from inside...
