rare Girl Happy Poster

I need some information about a Girl Happy movie poster. I have a original US. Girl happy poster in my collection but this one isn't the same like all poster from this movie. Most posters have a yellow background and mine is white. Just take a look at the pictures below... I never found a poster like mine... could someone give me some information about this poster...?????

For as far as I know the one with the yellow background is the US version of this poster.

What do the small blue words say on the left and right side of your poster?

This is what is says:

Property of National screen service corp., Licened for display only in connection with the exhibition of this picture at your theatre. Please pack and return immediatly after the close of current weeks show...

The poster is on hard paper and a story goes this was only used at open air theatre's (drive-in movie). On the back of the poster is writen: Minneapolis Minn.

Hi Erik,

I'm no expert on these movie posters, but the text on your poster seems to point toward the direction that this could be a genuine movie poster, just intended for movie theatres at the time.

Besides this text also the other color setting seems rare. Then again, you already thought so yourself.

If I come across anything to add I sure will let you know.
