The case is one of circumstancial evidence. When you read the book, you can't think of other reasons why Parker refused to go with Elvis in Europe or elsewhere. He could have made a lot more money. He was afraid of something.

When you read the book, everything falls into place. The more I worked on that book, the more I found it fascinating. When it was published in French in April of this year, I had to read it again. I could not put it down. I knew the story, but still I had to read it, not as a translator but a reader.

I have not found someone who read that book that has not been changed by it.

Alanna Nash is a great detective and a great author.
