My in laws been there, from the story and pictures they're taken it was just gorgeous , like heaven on earth. It was so pretty my mother in laws cried after the helicopter tour's was over .. she has never seen anything like that before .

btw I will spend my vacation in maui this August, I look forward to it.

From what I have heard everyone that I know who has gone to Hawaii has fallen in love with the place. My brother went there for his graduation present and for his honeymoon. He would like to go back sometime soon.

Yeah, that site is a wonderful guide for Elvisfans to visit Hawaii (http://www.elvisinhawaii.com/travelguide.htm). Wish that more places had these kind of guides.

WOnder why no visual guide like that one is available for Memphis?

I tried the travelguide link and it was doing that for me too! I found if you click on the homepage http://www.elvisinhawaii.com/frame.html and then click where it says Travel Guide, it should work...hope it works for you!

As far as where Elvis stayed, I think they tore down a couple of those places. One bit of advice, or two. When in the "International Market" 95% of the stuff there is fake and is a rip-off. I know, I got ripped on a couple of things. And, stay away from the people on the streets that try to talk you into entertainment packages, great deals, huge discounts, free stuff, etc.. THey will waste you time and you'll end up paying more for less that if you went through the hotel entertainment desk .

It's a beautiful place with lots to do. Have fun. I loved it there, and I was by myself almost the whole time.
