Wow, and the price isn't extremely high

I've always had the wish to own something that has actual been previously owned by Elvis. Perhaps an house will do?

I just saw it listed on ebay. If I'm not mistaken, Elvis-Unlimited has the high bid at $100,000. Not that bad. I hear it needs a little TLC, but also, the houses in that area are all around that.. Cost of living is pretty low. I know someone who has a 2 story, 3 car garage, two year old house on a golf course they bought for $199,000. I sure wish house prices were that low around here.
Got my family, my kids, my books and my music, I'm good, yeah, I'm good.....

Man, I wouldn't be surprised if it got to One Million Dollars by the time the auction is over.

I don't think it will reach 1 Million then if its only got 2 weeks left, but it will be high.

I think there is a chance it could have gotten real close to a mil if, it was in an area that was zoned for it to be opened for tours, but its not so that limits its value to the business folks that might have that extra investment cash .

Mike and Cindy bought the house in 1998 for $180,000.

It is sad they are parting company, but at least they should do very well money wise.

Amazing, what the "Elvis Connection" can do to the value of anything associated with the man... If you have ever seen the house in person, and the condition of the surrounding area... Well, if not for having been Elvis' one time home...

Uri Gellar is one person involved in the bidding. He says he is willing to go way more than the 400,000 that he bid when I read about him. He says he plans, if he wins the auction, to make it into a museum of Elvis oddities and strange and unusual facts about Elvis.
