Sorry, I can't agree with you...only because I hate "Got My Mojo Workin'" (too long, and too repetative). But yes, many of the other songs would have been great to hear live.

Oh, my ears! I can't believe what I'm hearing!

Actually, I'm just kidding. I love the song - but to each his own. Moody Blue just put the spotlight on some awesome, obscure songs that would have been incredible live, that's why I liked that list.

Still trying to decide what my dream concert would consist of.

what do think of my dream concert?
I think your concert would be a gas! I've enjoyed reading all the concerts. I'm surprised to see "Kentucky Rain" pop up in so many lists. That's one of my favorite Elvis songs, and I wish he had continued to perform that song after 1970.

Note to Big Boss Man - "It's Only Love" was a great choice. That would have been great live.

Another addition, or ammendment, if I may. I would have loved to see him do a 50's set with Scotty Moore, Dj Fontana, another stand - up bass player and Elvis on Accoustic. Johnny Cash did something like that and it worked out really cool. It would have been great, to me, to see Elvis do it.

I?d love to have a concert with much speech between the songs, and very funny like "are you lonesome" laughing.

I?ll come back to this thread

Efan: My Baby left me was performed several times in 1974.
Raised On Rock was also performed live, but it's just an audience recording of this one.

    Dream Concert

Hello, for what it's worth this would just be one of many set list I could dream of

    (1) Trouble
    (2) Good Rockin' Tonight
    (3) Jailhouse Rock
    (4) Don'tcha Think It's Time
    (5) Are You Lonesome Tonight ?
    (6) Surrender
    (7) My Little Friend
    (8) I Can't Stop Loving You
    (9) Don't Be Cruel
    (10) I Want You With Me
    (11) A Mess Of Blues
    (12) Stuck On You
    (13) The Wonder Of You
    (14) Polk Salad Annie
    (15) Band Intro's
    (16) I'll Hold You In My Heart
    (17) Johnny B. Goode
    (18) Heartbreak Hotel
    (19) Little Sister
    (20) How great Thou Art
    (21) Help Me
    (22) I Really Don't Want To Know
    (23) Make The World Go Away
    (24) Funny How Time Slips Away
    (25) Tommorrow Never Comes
    (26) Moody Blue
    (27) Mystery Train/Tiger Man
    (28) Way Down
    (29) The Impossible Dream
    (30) Exit

Now these are the kind of shows I would loved Elvis to do, keep it around 90 minutes. One show a night would have been plenty.

Thanks Flaming Star . I heard on Elvis Express Radio that someone made a fantasy concert with 60's songs . The audience applause was incorperated into the session to make like a real concert . I heard a track with the applause and it sounded real . On one of the shows they had a mini concert . I am trying to find out which show they played it on .
