This portrait is called a tinted photograph, a photo made to look like a painted portrait. It is actually a real photo not a painting.

It is a beautiful Photo Tommy and it really does look like a painting. He was just such a handsome man........ I have a oil painting of Elvis but to be honest this one that you have posted I like even better .
