Thanks to the "Elvisland" Quarterly of Hong Kong.
Mainland China could turn out to be quite a market for Elvis's recordings now trade with the USA has commenced.
The verse above was written back in 1999 because of the many beautiful bronze statues of Elvis around the world. I missed a few I think
But I had not at that time thought about contacting the Mayor of Tupelo about a statue of Elvis as a boy. Some ideas take awhile to germinate.
Have we any budding poets here?
