thanks a lot for that post![]()
ttwii is my FAVOURITE elvis film, footage, look and everything.
when he falls off the chair when singing love me in the rehearsals it just kills me! and when the microphone falls down when he's singing that's all right, as ronnie tutt described.
it's hard to even narrow the best moments down- cos they're all great! but i think can't stop loving you, you lost that lovin' feeling, suspicious minds, polk salad annie and ok all of them are fantastic!
elvis looked divine in ttwii (the picture you posted of him looking at his shoe is fantastic...)
for me, ttwii is the ultimate elvis film to show elvis being elvis, doing what he does and having fun! it is one of the most enjoyable dvds i own and the first ever footage i saw of elvis was him singing "you don't have to say you love me" on ttwii (for that reason the song means quite a lot to me, and the performance i watch over and over because in a way it in a way introduced me to elvis... the performing elvis).
yeah, so basically i think everyone should own this dvd. it got my friends who didn't really like elvis that much to appreciate him...
it shows elvis- the real elvis, and we love him for it.
