does anyone know what happened to elvis' house in bel air? or did he have more? were they sold? ive always been curious

565 Perugia way. This is the home where the famous meeting between Elvis and the Beetles took place. I believe this is the Bel Air mansion.


144 Monovale- Elvis's last home- sold in '75



1174 Hillcrest Dr. Beverly Hills CA. Priscilla's Favorite home. Elvis and Priscilla bought this home in the Trousdale Estates in Nov. 67 for $400,000



835 Chino Canyon Road Vacation home Elvis had built for $85,000 Willed to Lisa-Sold in '79

I believe 565 Perugia Way is not the actual house. But the same address. I think they took down the house and re-did it. I could be wrong. E rented the house 1960-63 then moved back into the home 1963-65. Hope this helps.

I always thought that Elvis bought his homes 'used' - unlike his cars (apart from only one car that he bought used; can't quite remember the car nor anymore about that)?

Yes, that's right TheQueen35. Here is a pic of the Beetles leaving the old home. You can see Elvis standing in the doorway.

Can you confirm 565 is, in fact, the number of the Perugia Way house please? Someone told me this was not the actual number, although I always believed it was.
The actual house where Elvis and the beatles met was knocked down in 1990.
