Exactly! I personally love Johnny Cash, and I love Elvis too but I feel that the pill part in the movie you're talking about is such a big uproar over 15 minutes in a like 3 hour movie. As for Tyler Hilton as Elvis, it bothered me that he looked nothing like Elvis but it's not an Elvis movie so... *shrugs* His singing isn't all that bad, better then others I've heard. Johnny aproved the script I guess before he died (That's what I've heard) and it was his story to tell so who are we to say that, that wasn't his truth? Maybe he remembered it that way or maybe that guy that said that Elvis takes the pills just said that so Johnny'd be more likely to try it. The point is who knows and it's a good movie anyway.

Joaquin Phoenix is a bit of a dish and I heard he`s an Elvis fan. I think as well as playing Johnny he could do a good job of The King.

I agree!!!! I think he's very cute and an awesome actor and he really put himself into being Johnny. If the right script came along about Elvis I would enjoy seeing him portray him.
