I always thought this series, the official releases anyway (havent heard the unofficial volumes), were pretty good. I know that Volumes 1 & 2 have been officially released on CD by RCA/BMG, however, they've been truncated and didn't come with the booklets.

Anyone know if there have ever been or ever will be any official CD releases of Volumes 3 & 4?
