Just a little tip bit for you!!!

    Hi

Don't know how many of you read Davis Stanley's (Elvis' half brother) book but I found it very interesting that the good ole Colonel would never let Elvis do a tour of Europe. According to the book Elvis did not have a clue but the real reason that the Colonel didn't want to go to Europe was that the Colonel was an illegal alien in the United States. He had jumped off of a boat to get into the US .

The Colonel was afraid that if he left the US he'd never be able to get back in so he prevented Elvis from going to Europe. He flat out lied to Elvis. He would of been huge in Europe but the Colonel denied him that pleasure.

Elvis sure had some bad people in his life but still he was , and always will be "The King". I guess he trusted the wrong people because they sure did end up betraying him. Elvis was bigger than life and the world had never, and will never, see another like him.

    Cool

Yeah thats true. He scared Elvis by saying he'd never get his firearms or drugs into Europe.

Elvis though should just have plain out insisted on going. He was very naive in his dealings with Parker.
