It's done respectfully beautifull....
never a truer was word spoken, whenever anyone trys to BE elvis, in my eyes, they all come across as looking stupid, no one could pull off the different looks that elvis had and still look so COOOOOOOOOOOLOriginally Posted by Jumpsuit Junkie

It's not the video, it's the message! It's absolutely incredible!!!!
"They poisoned you with compromise; At what point did you realize; Everyone loved your life but you...
...No one learned from your mistakes; We let our profits go to waste. All that's left, in any case, is Advertising Space"
Its done as a tribute to him. I`m sure that Robbie knows he doesn`t look like him but his adoration for him is genuine. I like the song very much.Originally Posted by geordie

i know robbie likes the king, im just saying in my opinion anyone who trys to look, sound like elvis looks daft
LETS BE FRIENDS!
I didn`t think he looked daft but if thats your opinion then no probs.
He seems like he respects, yet understands the reality that is Elvis.... and is speaking about everyone who makes money off if his death..... I like it........
Really nice... Never liked Robbie before, but that video and song, made him grow a little bit in my eyes!
I AM the King of The Jungle They Call Me: TigerMan
OMG!! Beautifully done! Way to go Robbie!!!!
Whats the deal with the doll, you thank?
He's portraying an Elvis impersonator in the video, not Elvis... of course he looks daft, that's the idea.
Pretty good song, as Elvis tributes go.
I don`t know about Priscilla in the wardrobe though...
this video was great, the message was awesome, i am a fan of robbie williams, this song is amazing!
Apparently Robbie was banned from using any images of Elvis in the video because there could have been problems with EPE if it was shown in America. It makes me sick.
But still they MAY use his image on coffee, and ducks, that helps....
I like Robbie Williams. He is in México right now. And let me tell you: the guy is very charming. He looks grrrrreat! Robbie is a huge Elvis fan, right?... So, it's fine for me if he decides to show it. Keep going Robbie!
Let the stars fade and fall, and I won't care at all, as long as I have you.
"You've got it all together like a lovin' machine
You're lookin' like glory and walkin' like a dream...
Mother nature's sure been good to Y-O-U"
The song is playing on the radio right now and I like it very much. Until now I have just seen pics of Robbie wearing the black leather suit. Mr. Williams is a very good singer and the best (if not the only) real entertainer we have today. When you watch his shows you can clearly see that he learned a lot from Frank Sinatra and Elvis Presley. It's good to have people like RW around and the charts are not completely ruled by people like Britney....
It is a great song and I also like the song Tripping.Originally Posted by orwell1976

Like you I also think he is the best entertainer that we have at this time, his swing album was very good also and shows how diverse his musical tastes are and his stage shows are fabulous.
Obviously he is not in the same league as Elvis but who is?
but he is a refreshing change from the Britney mimers who cannot recreate their songs live onstage.
I'll be on my way - only the lonely know the heartaches I've been through and it takes a lot of pain, takes a lot of pain.. to be a good singer.Originally Posted by orwell1976

Well, we'll also see about Billy Gilman, who has got Roy Orbison's 'Crying' as his favourite vocal performance.
I'm not against him or anything like that, it's just that I don't think RW has got a great voice - I miss the classical link which Elvis obviously did have.
