    Audoban Drive

Who has toured this wonderful house?
I loved it so much because there was more freedom there than at Graceland and we were left to wander around the house at our own pace. I spent some time alone in his bedroom and it was very surreal. It hasn`t changed much since Elvis lived there its a beautiful home.

I toured the Audubon Dr. house two years ago. I loved it!! The owners of the house, Mike and Cindy are such nice people. They have done their best to restore the house to the way that it was when Elvis and his family lived there. I like the freedom that you have during that tour. You can ask as many questions as you like, take as many pictures (WITH the flash) as you want, and stay there for as long as you'd like. Mike took us around from room to room and answered all of the questions that we had. He is very knowledgable on the subject of Elvis and that house.

On a sad note, the owners are splitting up and there will be no more tours of the house. Mike said that they will probably end up selling the house next spring. I do hope that an Elvis fan will be the one to buy this house. There is so much history to that house.

I am so fortunate to have seen it then if it is being resold. I also hope that it goes to an Elvis fan so that hopefully the tours will resume in the future. Mike was wonderful and very helpful to the fans in Memphis.
