Here's a few I think fall in to that category:

    Hurt
    Where Did They Go Lord
    What Now My Love
    Any Day Now
"Don't tamper with the property of the U.S. Male"

Well; about songs that I think they are great and but nobody seems to pay much attention to them:

We Can Make The Morning '71
    Just A Little BIt '73
    FInd Out Whats Happening '73
Ill Be Home On Christmas Day (electric guitar version) '71
    What I Say '63

About songs that are considered great when reviewed in general terms but yet not very well known, or havent the attention they deserve on their own and not just as part of very special recording session or event:

Stranger In My Own HOme TOwn '69
    Any Day NOw '69
    Milkcow BLues Boogie '54
    Just Because '55
Im so lonesome I could Cry '73

Most of the Don Robertson songs should be much better known to the public than they are--I think hey deserve placement on any best of compilation, especially "There's Always Me," "Anything That's Part of You," "They Remind Me Too Much of You," "Love Me Tonight," "I'm Counting on You," and "I Met Her Today."

Let the stars fade and fall, and I won't care at all, as long as I have you.

    1. It's only love
    2. Any day now
    3. We can make the morning
    4. This is the story
    5. All live versions of Can't stop loving you, probably the best Elvis-live song ever

His 69-70-71 studio recordings are my all time favorites! Almost no bad song recorded then....

    Cool

I'll be Home on Christmas Day on the Platinum set is a real gem.

Just shows when you take the commercial b\s away and strip away the 'image' that Elvis was such a **** good artist to boot!
