Nope can't rejoice in anyone's death unless he's done something really heinous. Better to wish he'd lived to suffer for the wrongs he's done.

His book was a piece of trash. I'm not shedding any tears.

I can`t rejoice in anyones death either no matter what (except murderers) but he was not someone that I ever gave a **** about after what he wrote about Elvis.

    Smiles

    Hi Girls,

At least I warned you it was going to be controversial. Thanks for your replies.

When Goldman died I know a number of fans that didn't 'bat an eyelid', but their smiles said it all.

Adrianna, Albert Goldman is the very controversial author who is probably the most hated man in the Elvis & John Lennon World of fans. Goldman's 1981 publication "Elvis" uncovered Goldman's talent for total sensationalism and fabrication at it's possible worst ever - he achieved the same notoriety by his late '80's trashy publication about John Lennon.

These books probably are in the 'trashy' category more so than the bodyguard book, "Elvis - What Happened?" and The Stanley Family's "Elvis - We Love You Tender".

Please see my other thread entitled "Nash & Goldman - the same breed?"

    Cheers,

    NEA.

The guy also wrote an absolutely awful article about Bruce Lee for Penthouse or summat. Calling him a brat or something and all other sorts of rubbish.
Wasnt he even filmed for a documentary on Elvis at one point. The guy was a w*nk*r
