I am also looking for these DVDs and have been offered some copies, but the quality was really bad and not worth the money being asked.
I also read the EE review and must admit that the copies reviewed sound like the ones to get.

I have 3 ON TOUR OUTTAKES dvds.
The quality is superb, and the repetitions are fantastic.
I'm not selling, but i am opened for any trading against books or photos.

I have seen some of the footage. A few scenes are out of sync and the picture quality of some segments are not too good either. But it's still interesting to watch this footage, if you're a fan.
