His mouth looks to youthfull to be 1968 or later, it could be 1964 but the sideburns put out that theory.
It´s 1957/'58 for sure... wearing the red and white turtle sweater, the leather jacket is the one he used on '56 '57, the haircut is from this period too, which is similar to the one he used in '68 just before the NBC special.
Having a second thought about it and looking at this picture, I guess it is posible that the photo you are sharing could be from 1967...

i think that is a great picture of the king, although i dont know when it could have been taken, maybe like the late 50's, i could be wrong, but he looks rather young.
