Genuine EP sigs. are unlikely to be found for $200-300 USD - especially autographed photos (which easily go for over a thousand, or more).

That's right Captain and PS Annie,
The signature is an obvious fake.
I once drooled over a genuine 1974 picture with autograph at an auction and that one had to go for 2500 Dutch guilders (a couple of years ago)!
