I read somewhere that Linda Thompson (in George Klein show) has said that she used to lay awake at night and watch Elvis sleep, she said that she studied his face and he had the face of a Greek god.
What a lucky girl! really lucky! It was the best possible position to study Elvis as much as you like! I wouldn,t dare to stare at him when he was awake!I would never go to any sleep !I wouldn,t have wasted any time being with him!![]()
What would you do if you were in her place?!![]()

I sure get hot when I think of what I'd done if I lay next to Elvis. I could watch for huors at his face or touch him tenderly with my fingertops or .... so many more things. Lol.
Be safe and take care,

...you won't forget me when I go.
I hope no one takes offence at this light-hearted comment, but...
This thread is practically dripping with oestrogen. You can smell all that carnal lust from here.
Ladies, ladies...![]()
Men MIGHT think along sexual lines more often, but when you get going, you make up for lost time!
Ladies, behave!
I guess that Elvis was a special and attractive man. The music is the most important aspect, in my opinion. A lot of things can go wrong when people start fighting each other because of their desires.
Males were supposed to be beautiful eons ago, even in the eye of other men - it was not a big issue as there was no real homo,- or heterosexual 'identity'; the expressions of love and lust were simply a manifestation of Eros, not really discerning the genders.
In the 1980's, we had this huge backwards movement - a few factors contributed to this. Aids was starting to spread and put 'homosexuality' in a negative context; my best guess is that Aids may have been designed for a purpose, instead of simply coming from 'monkeys' (they're so similair, that they're just like us).
We also had the arrival of 'neoconservativism' and 'neopuritism' with the coming of presidencies of Raegan, Bush sr... A hopeless war in Iraq.. It's bad for profit and warfare when boys practice love with each other, so it's better to keep them in self-denial from themselves and each other.
Then there was the second feminist wave, with their ideas about 'all men are rapists' and they found 'The David' of Michelangelo to be a terrible thing to look at!
Elvis really remains a strong example of uniting opposed forces in and with each other, he was truly special! He was very handsome with some sort of tenderness and not too 'rough' like Clint Eastwood. Some people even called Elvis 'a sissy' - I do not agree on that because Elvis was rather male. He had 'different' looks, clothing and singing abilities though.
Men can be beautiful without shame and self-denial; Elvis is an example for all men!
Look at how feminine his clothing choices often were -- in the '50s, for a start, and don't forget that he was way ahead of his time (and way cruisin' for a bruisin' from the local crewcutted 'necks) in having his hair done at a beauty salon and, of course, wearing mascara. Later, too, when his signature offstage (onstage, too, sometimes) clothing consisted of or incorporated a puffy-sleeved shirt with ruffled cuffs. Look at any sewing book and they'll tell you that both puffed sleeves and ruffled cuffs impart a lovely feminine look, but did Elvis look feminine in those shirts? Nope. Not even a bit like Prince. He was a macho dude, in some ways, but he somehow liked and was able to pull off wearing clothes that were in direct opposition to that machismo.Originally Posted by EnigmaticSun
He also made fun of himself mercilessly, in public and in private, and that's perhaps one reason why so many straight males feel no weirdness in not only being rabid fans but in waxing rhapsodic over his looks -- he was a "man's man" in the old sense. On the Kinsey scale I'm probably way over on the hetero- side, but that doesn't mean that I can't ackowledge Elvis' almost preternatural good looks. I can't deny what is so plainly obvious, even if I wanted to. Many people say that Michelangelo's David represents the classical 'perfect male.' Look at the face of that statue and tell me it doesn't look almost exactly like Elvis...
I'm a roving roustabout...

Dont get me wrong im female and i love Elvis, i think hes the hottest man i have ever seen but.........
I would never in my wildest dreams think of him the way y'all are thinking of him! I guess it must be the age thing.
yeah hes good looking but i see him as good looking meerly in the structure of his face.the Straightness of his eyebrows frame his eyes which is what is noticed first. Then travelling down his straight central nose you reach the full perhaps feminine lips. With the angle of his jawbone he has the most attractive face to both men and women on a deeper than sexual level.it's an adoration rather than lust.Depending on the level of fan you are.Study a picture face on, you'll see im right!!!
