The Sun Never Sets On A Legend...
I've seen it and its GREAT!!!!!!!!!!! Once again I get this uncomfortable feeling that it's gonna take a long long long long time before we get to see this in proper quality AND as an official release!
Come on you guys at Turner, wanna make some money? (cause that's the only motive for them...)
For us fans it's something holy................
I think the whole TTWII dvd adventure by MGM was a big dissapointment for them and the main reason why we still don't have anything from On Tour officially on dvd...
A real shame![]()

They messed it all up, by airing the Special Edition on TV before they released the DVD.
The other thing is that the TTWII, is a product which, obviously will have string sales to begin with, but after that it will always sell. People will always buy it, it's not something like a movie which may have a certain shelf life.
What I can't understand is how, after the success of the Aloha and 68' Comeback Specials that we still have no definite word on EOT.
I have heard that there could be as much as 300 Hours of footage from EOT in the vaults. But that one major problem is EPE, who want complete control over what is released.
Maybe they are trying to convince Scorsese to re-edit it! Now, that would be a huge seller!
