I have never seen either of the sit dow shows in there complete form, nor have I heard the Tiger Man CD. So I was wondering, does Elvis sing the 3rd verse of Santa Claus Is Back In Town? That was always my favourite part of that song. I don't want to go over to Jordan's site to find ot for myself because I don't want to ruin the surprise for when the DVD arrives![]()

Sorry, I should have been more clear. I don't want to watch the footage because I don't want to ruin the surprise of seeing it for the first time when I get the DVD. However I would like somebody to tell me if he sings the third verse of SCIBIT. Just so I'm not dissapointed if I watch it and he doesn't sing it. I hope that was more clear![]()

Well, to tell you the truth, he doesn't...
Actually it's a rather short version, which lasts about 1.21
On top of that Elvis doesn't remember the exact words and kinda fools around with it. After that he quickly goes into Blue Christmas.
But it's a great, fun performance to look forward to.

Thanks Sonny. I was kinda thinking that he didn't do the third verse after he only did 2 verses on TTWII and fluffed the lyrics a bit. It would have been great to hear him tear in to that final verse in his '68 voice.Originally posted by Sonny@Jun 8 2004, 06:19 PM
