I have seen this before and ...no i don't believe it to be a cdr.
I know that in some countries bmg really don't have that much control as to what is being released. There are a series like these from the far east somewhere.
I would go as far as to say its probably a bootleg....

I have this CD in my collection. I think it is from Russia and it is defently a factory made CD.
I have also another one from the same label with "How Great Thou Art" and "His Hand In Mine".
