I totally agree with you Curtis. It's one of the best songs on the "Fun In Acapulco" soundtrack. It would have been nice if Elvis would have done a re-recording of this song to put on the "Love Letters" album. The song would fit in perfectly
Here's another fine song by Elvis "Love Me Tonight" from the 60s.
And this would have been nice to hear if Elvis did this song in the 70's
mostly his early 70s music.
i like this over Love Me Tender.

...you won't forget me when I go.
Omg I have never thought about that..if Elvis were to sing this song in the 70's it would have been fantastic! It's a shame there were a lot of nice little songs Elvis could have sung in concert and re done in the studio which would have suited his then more matured voiceI think Elvis would have had alot of fun re-recording them
Its just unfortunate that it looks as if alot those songs from the movies and so on which were **** good songs - were never to be revisited..left and forgotten.....almost like an abandoned puppy-what a shame huh?
