Hi Guys,

Anybody got any information regarding Elvis' beloved Karate film project, "The New Gladiators"?

The kind of info that I am looking for is how the idea came about?
How much was Financed by Elvis & Ed Parker?
Why it took so long to make?
Did Elvis lose interest in the project before his death?
Was the September, 1974 Karate Tournament/display footage ("This Is Elvis" & "Elvis By The Presleys" DVD) being filmed specifically for "The New Gladiators" film as Elvis' very own contribution?

I know that a Region 1 DVD is available now of the completed film - anybody viewed it? Is it worth a look?

Any Karate fans out there then?
