Dodger,Delta and Vernon

Just a few questions!

I know that Dodger, didn't want to go hospital towards the end, and was just wondering where she actually passed away, was it at Graceland and if so what from?

Also, Delta, was bedridden when she died in 93' and did she too pass at Graceland, also, where was Delta laid to rest, as she is the only occupant of Graceland not to be interred in the Meditation Garden, was she buried in Forest Hill and who, if any from the Presley family attended her funeral?

Finally, Vernon, he was living in the annex at Graceland when he died, but did he pass at hospital or in there?

Thanks. I'm just reading Nancy Rooks book, Inside Graceland, and realised I didnt actually know the answers to these questions. About half way through the book now, its really good. Its not too Elvis orientated, but gives great insights into the running of Graceland and the personalites of Minnie Mae and Delta.

I remember reading somewhere that Delta was buried next to her husband, but I don't remember where it was, sorry.
