    Smile Could anyone else help! I really need to find this out...

    If anyone at all can help me in finding out the exact color of the outfit that Elvis wore on July ,31st 1955 in Tampa Florida i'd appreciate it.its the same outfit that he's wearing in the picture of the Elvis Presley album cover,his 1st album.I need to know the color of the jacket/the color of the checkers on the jacket/the color of the pants.Any bit of info will be deeply appreciated.Thank you all and TCB!!!

    I don't know for sure whether there was a colored photo of that concert. I have seen lots of different colozied verisons.

    i had posted a reply 2 days ago, guess the serverswitch swallowed it .

    i can offer this info and the front cover from the album 'elvis at sun records' - the back cover refers to the venue and date you named.

    as tommy said, i may have been b/w and colourised later.

    the 'good looking man' is on the front cover of the RCA-BMG album 'elvis at sun record company' RCA - BMG 28776 12052 / 2004.

    unless my memory decives me i posted this pic some time ago in the yahoo-legends group , not sure if i was already in the ETM by then.
