If you got a whole bunch of emails from FECC just delete them, because they will probably mess up your pc.
Like many others I received seven emails in a row. Some of the mails request you to download software... Don't do it, just delete/remove the lot!

Thanks all for the warnings, I've done what you said, deleted them, had my virusscanner scan everything, but it seems ok.
