    Elvis| The Way It Was

The cd in my player right now is the one from FTD: The Way It Was. The content is pretty good, the first songs are not the best audio-quality...but just ok.
And this cd comes togheter with a book by the same name, so there was not a cover made by FTD for this cd, there are some alternate-covers made through the years, and some real good ones! But after seeing Spinout's On Tour Cover...it inspired me to start on this cover, it's in the early stages..but hope you like the work so far... The idea behind this front cover...Elvis is looking back on his 1970 Vegas Show(s) and how "crazy" his fans went by his show..i hope i did that with those little pics on this cover and the bigger Elvis pics were Elvis looks down..

I Like that you try out some new ideas

It's risky, but you never know unless you try! Throw caution to the wind, and let the chips fall where they may!

I can dig both conservative & funky. In my eye's, nothing really wrong with either style. That having been said, the general public will tend to accept the simpler approach, more often them not.

On your second version, I might be tempted to swap the position of the "ELVIS" & the TTWII text. Also would let the ELVIS text overlap the row of girl photos. Just an idea.
