Wonder if that's a trait of of short-haired yellow cats Jen? We have Crunchie who is almost that big and so is his sister Munchie who is a dark tortoiseshell.
He looks like a nice kitty!

Yes, I always worry about little kids around cats and dogs too Jen. Some are tolerant and others aren't and you can never tell before the fact how they are going to react. I know cats don't like loud noises or sudden moves and kids do both.

The first picture is one that was on the bulletin board at our vets and why I went rushing out to get Lacy. She's the one on the right.Kanuk is our daughter's dog, Husky/Golden Retriever who died of cancer two yrs. ago.

Here is Blues. I'll see if I can get Jazz pose for a photo, he thinks he is human and has a right to decide if he is photographed or not.

LOL the worst part is we have treated him that way since the day he was born (he is a dog) so we are guilty of his human personality. We have a good laugh many times testing him, we say: the one who is sitting on the sofa did this or that today, and he rises his head looking at us like saying, me??? what did I do?![]()

I somehow missed the new posts on this thread. Your Blues Donut is really beautiful. He looks similar to the father of our kittens except "Whitey" was thinner and beat up with a blue and a gold eye which the three girls inherited. The only boy has two blue eyes.

Yes I agree with you Diane, Oh you just have your handfull with those furry friends of yours
I actually liked it better when this thread was on its own, ... I am not trying to put elvisgirl down, but as time goes by some great thread is forgotten...but not our pet.
So , when you started it all over again, it was like a reminder that they are many members on this MB that cares about animals . I applaud you and them for that ....
Thank you Buttonhead, yes they are a handful but well worth it.
All threads wind down sooner or later but I'm sure it will re-open now and then. I've asked Rosanne to post pictures of her two new baby kittens so we may see them soon....I hope.

This is our "Storm".
He has just recovered from two ticks, one after the other. The first tick was enough to make him silently sick, which he must have removed, then the next tick worked very quickly, he went downhill over a few hours, and nearly died (twice). We are removing approximately five ticks a day, from each of our horses. Horrible.
Now, he is shaved and looking like a cute greyhound with skinny stick legs, lol.
