awww your pets look so beauiful diane, kinda reminds me of my mom's house with the cats and dogs. I think the hardest animal we had was the raccoon we named ricky but he had to be released into the wild after biting me and my brother, but will always have a place in out hearts.
Glad you liked them Jen. Lots more to come. Will post birds I raised next time, then a mixture of our zoo current and past.

My bf and I just lost our cat her name kitty kitty,....she was 18
So we got a new one...her name was Azalan...what kind of name WAS that !... anywhoo... we switch the name to Sassy..

You're very welcome Jack. I've always loved to be surrounded by fur and feathers. It's amazing how different their personalities are and how much they can bond to you. I never get tired to spending time with them.

I'm so sorry about your kitty Buttonhead. It's true, it doesn't matter how long you've had them, it's painful losing them and they do leave an imprint forever.

Yes, it is true, we had her urn at home, we wanted to bury her,...but then...we changed the plan,its hard to picture her burnt,..and had it in a little 'jar'

Buttonhead, a friend gave me the poem Rainbow Bridge several years ago and I framed it. It was a good idea to have your kitty cremated so she could go with you. I cry every time we move and I go for one last visit to our little pet cemetaries but I know their little souls follow us. I had a very special cat named Boo and I tell him to show the others the way to where we've gone because he was always the other cats adoptive parent and leader.....and he never let me down
