She is Hot looking but coming from Elvis what does one expect? I suppose she is trying to fit in with all the other cussing performers. Seems these days one has to show up everyone else on stage as well as in the movies with there ability to out cuss the other due to lack of social skills and talent.
I look forward to her new cd as I loved her first one.

I loved Pink's Misunderstood CD; every single track was great! And her last cd wasn't that bad either, so I think that the duet ought to be awesome.....would be cool for her to team up with Avril Lavigne, Sheryl Crow, Michelle Branch, Tom Petty and Pat Benatar for some studio work. Prince would be cool too!

Thanks, Comeback Chick, for the site postings. I do like the cover on new cd. It appears more youthful/playful/fun/less serious. I prefer the cover to last cd, but this one's good too. I think she feels a "little" less stress about the whole thing this time around. I'm sure it is still nerve racking, wondering if you'll be accepted for who you are and hoping you can reach your own audience and find people who relate to and appreciate your music. But the first time around had to be absolute terror I would think. I can't imagine being under that much scrutiny.
As far as the cussing mentioned by one poster... I know Elvis cussed in concerts she was attending. So I can imagine the language he may have used in the comfort of his own home! LOL And you know everyone around him thought he was the coolest dude ever, never mind the rest of the world. I imagine Lisa looking up to him and seeing this man that was just absolutely everything. So why wouldn't she think it would be cool to emulate him, whether it be consciously or unconsciously. Plus I think she has that rebellous streak in her like her father. Maybe that's not the correct characterization. Maybe she wants to show she's unique and her own person and wants to go against "Elvis Fans" just a little bit, not as an insult, but just to demonstrate she is her own person and NOT her father. She's got attitude and I generally like it ... and I can well imagine how she got it! It's almost like she's not quite grown up yet in some ways (which is okay) and doesn't yet realize you don't have to do "certain" things to gain attention or prove your cool or different or your own person. I think she's in a priviledged but difficult (at times) position and I think she's done pretty good all in all of handling herself. We all live and learn and make our mistakes and hopefully grow and become wiser in the process.

She's making leaps and bounds in improving and looks like she's more comfortable entertaining then she was in the begining.
