There are some greate pictures taken of Elvis from this show, i can see it`s from the first part of 1973, and i think Ed Bonja took the pix, but is there anyone that know the facts ?

I thought about re-designing the Today cover too, but I could not find one high quality picture

had that problem too.till i found a book in my collection called 'the summer of 73' tour' and thats overflowing of pictures.

ive just sent albert the whole package so the cover will be available for download here very soon!

thanks alo.i think these previews of my alt covers dont the cover justice.if you download the package you will notice the difference when looking close up.im glad everyone like my designs.after doin the 70's albums im gonna do 50's and 60's.so watch this space my friends.........

Just wonder if they are all going to be using original logo and fonts, or if you plan on doing any from the ground up.

when i set out on starting a remake collection i wanted each cover to be different yet familiar.i wanted people to look at my alt remakes and say 'it looks original yet unique' you know what i mean.i didnt want the remake to be to unfamiliar and alien.the fonts and logo give it historical value and an original feel.if i used different fonts they would look more like self made cdr's then remakes of original albums,dont you agree?

I would have to yes to some no to others. Please don't take this as a knock on you, my gripe is with some of the original artwork. I think we all would agree that RCA and there art department, did some real butcher jobs on some of there Elvis releases.

The reason we work on the alt. covers is to give Elvis and his fans (us) the best.

Some of the covers from RCA are classics and should be used as a starting point. Others just pure trash.

So in my opinion, if the cotton is high, start picking! On the other hand, garbage in = garbage out.

Having seen the wonderful work you have done so far, I have no fear that you can do justice to the dogs and enhance the swans!

You don't have to prove any point to me, or show me any examples. these are your designs. you can do whatever you please. just simply asking if you were going to always stick to the originals. That's all.

I do find your use of the words "computer freaks" if used towards anybody who tries to do something that they think is good or artistic, when you know nothing about there skill level, as highly insulting.

if you new jam,or anyone took offence to my words used then i apologise i mean no harm to anybody.i was just a bit peeded of cause i did feel you were having a pop at my designs however i know you wernt now.dont forget im still a 16 year old lad and we have very silly choice of words, .well lets forget it all hey new jam?
i just simply wanted to explain what im doing with my designs thats all,i mean them covers took hours to complete so when i thought someone was having a pop at them i went into defence mode,sorry!
i just want people to enjoy my covers and looking back now my choice of words were pathetic and silly (god i feel like im in court )........i just hope no one thinks im a prat and there gonna hate on me....................................

This is a great picture to use on the inlay instead of that semi-transparent picture

i was gonna use this pic for the inlay however it would of hidden the font.plus i love that pic i put on the back of the inlay.
