Hey Everyone![]()
Just wanted to let you know about the progress on the website. I have been working on it as much as I can lately, but I have been really in between things. I started working nights and have been back and forth between the doctors and the hospital for some severe problems I am having with my back. Between work, the tests, and the medication they have me on, sometimes I am either worn out or can't sit for very long periods of time, but I am working on the site as much as I can. I still am not sure who all is interested in being on the site as I have not recieved any replies to my requests for information. From what few messages I have seen on the MB I gather that Diego and Steve are both interested in being on the site. I have been sorting through all the messages on the MB trying to find any of their cover art that has been posted for display, so I hope I have found what they wish to have displayed. Any help and information would be greatly appreciated. I also would like to make a request. I am wondering if any of my fellow Elvis fans could find it in their hearts to send me any good quality pictures (300dpi) of the following jumpsuits, the short fringe (for a custom compilation), the indian feather (for bringin the house down - chicago 1976), the inca (for chicago beat - chicago 1976), the black phoenix (for pittsburgh new years eve 1976) and the king of spades (for america the beautiful - los angeles 1976).
I am not sure if anyone remembers or not (Chris, Ron and Albert might because they helped me out so much on these covers), but the 1976 alt covers were the first 4 covers that I made for the MB. They looked great until I found out that I couldn't design in 72dpi. How naive I was back then![]()
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would like to get the 1976 covers redesigned so that I can display them on the new website.
Thanks

Ron,
Hey sorry I wasn't ignoring you. I have been really swamped with things lately and I have been trying to get the website ready. I wanted to wait until I got my own covers finished before I attempted to put the site up, but since several people have inquired about the site I thought I would put up what I have done so far...I hope that everyone understands that it is just the skeleton website. I have alot of ideas and work yet to do on the site, but atleast covers can be displayed and downloaded from the site. I did not really ever recieve any answers to my messages about whom was going to be on the website, so I searched through all of the messages relating to the site on here. From what I gathered Diego and Steve were the only two who responded, as far as being interested in the site. No one sent me any covers or information, so I srcounged through the forums and gathered what covers I could find for Steve and Diego and put them up on the site. Since I don't use a webpage program and I code all my html and javascript, etc through a text editor it takes me more time than most but I prefer it that way....I had to download all the zip files, resize for thumbnail previews and get the covers ready to display, I finally got a hold of a new graphics program (PSP 9.01) so hopefully the graphics will get better :-) anyway since I am not sure how to put my banner in a message here like you do I will just paste the link so that anyone who is interested can look at what I have done so far. Any comments, etc would be greatly appreciated :-)

Nice idea for a website, to display several of the designers work, and a promising start to the layout and content too.
