I have love this song by Elvis, and i even loved it when he did it in the 68
special. and in the 70s concert's.
i would like to know though when was the frist time he did this live
and when was the very last time he did this live.
it might be a wonderfull to have all version of big boss on a cd
all studio out takes, the 68 special, and live concert.

The first "live" version of this song was performed on May 10, 1974 in San Bernardino, CA.![]()
"Don't tamper with the property of the U.S. Male"
Pure Elvis.
Although other artists covered it, only he could get away with a song so rudimentary and "in your face" (some might even say cheesy) and make it his own.
It's a shame BMGSony aren't releasing alternative rocky/rnb titles like this to supplement/augment their current singles re-release strategy. It's a very catchy tune the public haven't really heard before and would surely lap up.
Last time he sung the song live: June 18th 1977, Kansas city
